Returns & Shipping


Please keep in mind when making your purchase that we are a small boutique and we don't carry a large inventory of our pieces!   (That's the beauty of a boutique!  Not everyone will have the same piece that you have!)

  1. You may exchange most new, still tagged items within 14 days of delivery for any other item on our site. Reckless Grace Boutique does NOT pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. (ie: sent wrong size)  
  2. Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be exchanged

We apologize, but we cannot process straight cash-back returns.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product and we will email you back quickly with instructions. 

Order Processing and Shipping

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement.
  • Embroidery/Special Orders require 3-5 weeks to process.
  • *All* (see exceptions) orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking.  If you need expedited shipping, please email for a shipping/processing quote BEFORE placing your order.
  • *Exceptions*: Some giveaway and contest winner orders or offers made for "free shipping" will ship standard USPS.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are return shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We can ship our clothing to  any address in the world and we are more than happy to! However, international shipping costs very high.  Please contact us for international shipping information.
